# Highway Weather doesn't recognize my subscription

It is an unlikely situation you might be shown a payment screen but already have an active subscription. If it's a case, we recommend you to close an app and reopen it again, make sure you have an internet connection and try to [restore your purchase](/subscription-management/how-to-restore-your-purchase.md).
